Thank you for choosing Slot Car Supply. To open an account, please email us at orders@slotcarsupply.com. We prefer to communicate via email.

If you already have an account, log in to view prices and dealer discounts. To place an order, add items to your cart and complete the checkout process when ready. Please note that this is not a live inventory. We will adjust the final order based on stock availability.

Payment is not collected when you place the order. We will process your order internally, and you will receive a final invoice for approval before shipping. Once approved, we will call you to collect payment. We accept all major credit cards.

For your convenience, you may opt to keep a credit card on file with us. If you choose this option, your card will be automatically charged when your order is ready to ship.
Payments made via PayPal will incur a 4% processing fee.

The minimum order is $250.00. Orders over $650.00 (net) qualify for free shipping. For orders under $650.00, the least expensive shipping method will be chosen and added to your invoice. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee. If you would like rush shipping, please leave a comment on your order. Most orders are shipped within one business day.

Commitment to the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is mandatory. Failure to comply with these terms may endanger your account status. 
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for credit and unwanted goods. Only new and unopened items may be returned, pending approval.

You can also place pre-orders through our website; they do not need to be ordered separately. Some items may sell out during the pre-order phase, so we highly recommend pre-ordering desirable items. Pre-orders can qualify for free shipping. We will notify you when new items arrive so you can add to your order if you wish. You will only be charged for pre-orders once the item is at our warehouse. All pre-orders are final.

For parts inventory, we will ship what we have in stock and place a backorder for the remaining items. Backordered items will be accommodated in your next order. If you do not wish to backorder items, please leave a comment on your order.
